How To: Approve and Display Testimonials in BoldTrail
So, someone left you a testimonial! That’s great news. But you may be wondering why it isn’t showing on your website yet. By default, BoldTrail keeps new testimonials hidden until you review and approve them.
Step 1: Access the Right Settings

To begin, log in to your BoldTrail account and navigate to the Web & IDX tab. Next:

Select the Site Content section from the left-hand menu.

Scroll down until you see your list of current testimonials.

Locate the new testimonial that hasn’t been approved yet.
Step 2: Review and Approve the Testimonial

Once you’ve found the testimonial, read through it carefully to ensure it aligns with your brand and tone. Then:

Toggle the Review On button to publish it.

Add a star rating if you wish.

Confirm your changes before moving on.
Step 3: Edit or Remove Testimonials if Needed

You can make small edits, correct typos, or remove testimonials that don’t fit your site.
From the same screen:

Click Edit to update wording or fix errors.

Select Delete to remove any testimonial completely.

Save your updates to ensure your site reflects the changes.
