Step 1: Choose the Listing You Want to Promote
Start by selecting the listing you would like to promote. Before moving forward, gather the key details needed to filter your contacts accurately:

Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
Having this information ready will help ensure your search results are relevant and efficient.
Step 2: Access Property Interest Filters
Navigate to Contacts and select Property Interest from the left-hand menu. This section allows you to filter your database based on the types of properties your contacts have expressed interest in.

Step 3: Apply Relevant Filters
Apply filters that best match the listing you are promoting. Start with the most important qualifiers, then refine as needed:

Bedrooms and bathrooms (optional)
Price range and location should always be your primary filters.
Optional: Enter the MLS® ID of the listing to find contacts whose saved preferences match that specific property. This option can be useful but typically returns a smaller list than using broader filter criteria.
Step 4: Review and Select Contacts
Once your filtered results appear, review the list and select the contacts you want to email or text.

Step 5: Email the Listing
There are two main ways to email a listing, depending on your preference:

Step 6: Text the Listing
You can also promote the listing via text message using the Smart Assistant.

Enter the MLS® ID
The system will automatically populate the message with the correct listing information and merge tags.
Step 7: Send
Review your message, make any final edits if needed, and send it to your selected contacts.
