Digital Presence and Marketing
Your online presence is one of the most important parts of building your real estate brand. We’ve provided the tools you need to establish a strong digital footprint and keep your marketing consistent across platforms.
Our main pointers here are to set-up the following items:
(a) Website
Think of your website as your online business card. When clients search your name, this is often the first place they’ll land—it should clearly reflect who you are and what your business is about. Through the BoldTrail platform, you already have a website built out with powerful features, including an IDX property search, your active listings, testimonial pages, blogging tools, and more.
Important: Since this is a key part of your business, we’ve put together a separate step-by-step guide to walk you through the setup. If you've already logged-in to BoldTrail you can skip to section 3:
(b) CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Your CRM is one of the most effective time-savers in your business. Setting it up properly allows you to scale and manage client relationships with ease. With BoldTrail, you can create custom campaigns for leads from your website, Instagram, or other sources.
Tip: One of the simplest and most effective tools to start with is the Newsletter Campaign—Pemberton Holmes publishes monthly, ready-to-send newsletters under “Pemberton Holmes Newsletters,” giving you fresh, professional content to share with your clients.

(c) Social Media
Another key part of your business is your social presence. This is where clients go to get a sense of who you are and what you represent. While there are countless how-to guides online to help you get started, one of our favourites is this resource from HubSpot: https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/social-media-strategy-for-your-business

A requirement of BCFSA is that you display brokerage information on all external advertising. This is an important part of staying compliant with our regulator! Here at Pemberton Holmes, we use Brandox to store all of our style guides and official logo files for easy access.
